Spend a few hours on a Saturday morning for a rewarding and fun field trip to learn Self Defense with Shell Bilyew. Self defense is a crucial skill for all girls and women to learn in efforts to avoid attacks that harm or disable one either physically or mentally.

We will be meeting at the Los Angeles Step Up office in downtown and carpool to the Studio in Hollywood (Soul Studio, 1161 Vine Street, Hollywood, CA 90038). We need volunteers to help drive and chaperone the girls. Contact Ashley Tolle at healthla@suwn.org and let her know if you can help.
