Congress is listening... but learn the truth about the Stimulus Bill and spread the word

1) Republican Governors don't want the Senate version of the Stimulus package - it eliminated most of the money they would use to pay teachers, provide health services, etc.

2) The money we have spent on Iraq these last 5 years is more than the stimulus package. That infrastructure does not have a long term benefit on our economy.

3) This is not a giveaway of money - spending $1,000,000 on solar panels for Community Colleges employs people, saves costs on Utilities, increases demand which drives down the cost for consumers.

4) 30% unemployment is fucking scary!

5) Don't believe what the TV is telling you. You gotta think, question, ask.

ACTION ITEM: Call your elected officials' office and tell them what you think!
