Campaign For Change

So I'm wrapping up my last day here at Causecast and there's a lot to look back on. There have been some long days, but this has definitely been one of my better summers. Causecast has been a 'marketplace of ideas' for me; it's been a place where I bounced around ideas, learned about new solutions to old problems, and it's been a place where I saw myself develop and mature as a person. True, I still prefer to wear basketball shorts to work, but I never saw the connections between different causes. When talking to people about how jacked up the world is, I find that the phrase "all causes are inherently connected" is now a part of my vocabulary. Causecast is not only for people interested in global crisis, even people that want to make a difference in their neighborhood will find Causecast useful. Whether they're throwing events for socially active celebrities or meeting with a bunch of passionate young people, Causecast can benefit anyone that wants to get involved. During this summer, I've been a part of a unique organization that is as much defined by the people working there as its mission statement. Thanks for everything.
