Why I Participate
My value for the dignity and worth of all human beings drives me to work toward improving equity for people of all classes, genders, races, and religions.
About Me
I was volunteering for a student street newspaper on the issues of poverty and homelessness when I was drawn to try to do something about it. For me, reporting on problems means advocating for solutions to make our communities better.
My Interest
I'm interested in getting at the roots of societal problems, especially poverty, through changing public policies. I'm passionate about increasing the availability of affordable housing.
