Why I Participate

i'm a humanitarian. I'd love to become acquainted with great causes that are close to my heart. It's soul enriching, The reward for affecting change in our world is a beautiful thought but to actually be involved would be a blessing. The cause I'm most interested in, is mental health. It's a scary subject and many people would rather turn a blind eye to those who suffer through it than stand beside them. It hurts me because I have befriended a few who have been diagnosed bi-polar, and Add. and they are my best friends. They just needed a chance and the right person to stand by them. Perfect love casteth out fear.

About Me

First of all I love people. I love animals too. I once volunteered at the Humane Society, Honestly I loved it I was simply a typist, but I got to hold and play with kittens, The cutest thing I remember was all the kittens ready to be adopted were in this one room. You had to keep the door closed. Some kittens were quarantined. Anyway the healthy kittens would be fed in the morning. So you would hear meows' and see little paws reach out from underneath the door. That was so cute. Of course when the door was opened, It was hungry kittens everywhere. I was fortunate enough to help round them up.Oh It almost made me think I'd be happy as the neighborhood cat lady. I don't know what else I can add here.

My Interest

I'm interested in art. I'm an amateur artist. I do sculptures. I love music. that's how I found out about Causecast through twitter following Brandon Boyd of Incubus. I love to write just for fun as well as sing. Right now I'm exploring meeting new people.
