Invisible Children

Our whole lives we have watched one tragedy after another unfold in various parts of Africa. Ethiopia, Rwanda, Liberia, Somalia, Darfur, Uganda - the horrors of starvation, genocide and civil war blur together in a horrific tale of inhumanity and suffering. The inherent right to a safe and innocent childhood is one that many of us take for granted. Thus the images of children - starving, broke, abducted, drugged, and even trained to kill strike us in a very primal place. Rescuing those children from the hell that has been forced upon them is a noble, arduous, and dangerous endeavor. We are honored to do any small part in helping those who are committed to this task.
