About Me
My teen daughter and I have the only mom/daughter advice column in the USA. Hopefully, we are a good sounding board for teens who can't talk or are afraid to talk to their families about personal issues. And although an avid Obama volunteer, I was so nervous about the election, I went to Mexico in early November and watched results in a bar called "Milagros" (miracles).
My Interest
working with entertainment to create social change, helping non profits improve their public profile , married to a fabulous pilot, love travel, love connecting people who want to do good things. Born in Africa, campaigned as a kid for Jimmy Carter, helped fight big tobacco, and "abstinence-only" education is a waste!
