Why I Participate
Because the greatest gift we can give for being so fortunate in life is to give back. It doesn't take much to make a difference -- and we're richer of mind and soul as a result.

Thank you for supporting Jenny. She is doing the right thing at the right time. You certainly got a rise out of the science guys with your survey this week. I believe that through biomedical treatment my son was given back his voice for just a moment. We need a full court press on so many fronts to help these children and their parents. Thanks again for helping to change our world for the better.
I think we look to innovation and technologies that can wean us off of fossil fuels. It's not enough to open up more areas for drilling of oil. That's a drop in the bucket. What we need to do is become more sustainable as a country -- create vehicles that are more efficient, homes that consume less energy, mass transit that promotes less cars.
It's possible to do all of this -- while creating a multitude of jobs and a healthy economy. We just have to be willing to lead instead of bicker and innovate instead of stagnate.
Where do you think we should look to find the solution to the energy crisis?
