It's all about the love! I truly believe that in order to live our greatest potential we must choose to live holistically. By honoring the mind, body, and spirit in our self and all of life, we allow peace and fulfillment to be revealed beyond imagination.
About Me
I am focused on hosting, or being an guest on, shows that emphasize GREEN living, health, and organic cooking. I've had a LOHAS-based holistic health practice for 7yrs and has been an environmentalist since I could walk. I also have been writing, filming, hosting, and editing my own YouTube videos that focus on health and sustainability since '07.
My Interest
I love having painting parties, clothes swap soirees, game nights, book swaps, and other creative or green events. I love ping pong, listening to great music that makes me wanna sing, and I'm also a big fan of documentaries.

Rachel thanks for supporting Jenny. She is doing the right thing at the right time. She led me to Generation Rescue, a Defeat Autism Now Doctor, and Biomedical treatment for my son. This in turn led to his first words in six years. "Hi Daddy" the week before Fathers day this year 2008. I am a true believer in balance of body, mind, heart, and soul. We need to realize this balance is out of whack. I feel the Autism epidemic is just the beginning of poisons that will effect us if we do not clean up our act. Sorry if I ramble... Long day.
