Thanks! I am not sure about tri's in the SoCal area but there is a website called trifind.com that is a great resource. I would probably stick to a sprint triathlon if it is your first one. I can also point you in the right direction for good training guides if you want...just let me know.

Thank you for supporting Jenny McCarthy. My son lost his words due to what I feel was vaccine Poisoning. Jenny gave me a path back through Generation Rescue. She is doing the right thing. The week before Father's Day my son said his first words in six years. "Hi Daddy"... I am posting my first blog on causecast on the steps he makes during his biomedical treatment.
