  • Defending Vaccines or Ignoring the Autism Epidemic. Are our Children Collateral Damage?

Defending Vaccines or Ignoring the Autism Epidemic. Are our Children Collateral Damage? paul offit and amanda peet were out defending the sand castle this week on NPR radio. Using the same old scare tactics and diversion techniques. I found something that jumped out at me though. We get taken to task when we use the term Epidemic when referring to the Autism Crisis. Well what do you think of this quote from the program (Note you have to actually listen to get this quote... they did not print it ("Epidemic") in the article)

"In the first half of this year we have had a measles epidemic that is larger than anything we have seen in 10 years. 135 people mostly children have gotten measles. About 15 of those children have been hospitalized when measles virus infected their lungs."

    - paul offit Vaccine Profiteer (No Bias here)

By my calculations we have had more than 13,140 cases of Autism diagnosed in the first half of this year. Approximately every 20 minutes a new case is diagnosed. Between drownings, car accidents, suicide/murders, poisonings, SIDS, and other things related to Vaccine Poisoning/Autism I know more than 10 people have died. So tell me which is the epidemic? Demanding safe vaccines, proof of herd protection, and informed consent now. Too Many Too Soon. Stop exporting Thimerosal laden vaccines and green our vaccines.

    What can you do today...

If you are a parent... Love your child unconditionally. Do not let your child feel they are any less because they cannot communicate the way we do or look after themselves. Do not forget to look after yourself and your significant other. ( If you don't have one find one...There is someone out there for everyone. You deserved to be loved also). Join a church. Speak to your friends. Keep up the good fight.

If you are Friend... If you have resources please consider supporting Generation Rescue as they move the agenda towards services and support programs. If you do not have financial resources provide respite services... Babysit, go with a parent to the grocery store, or running errands. Be there to listen.

If you are in the medical community it is time to wake up and do something...
If you are in the insurance industry it is time to make the people responsible pay...
if you are in the media it time to tell the truth...
If you are in the government it is time act...
If you are in education it is time to educate...
If you are in a religious community it is time to rally the troops to support families...

If you are in the New York City Office of Autism Speaks... remember that $50,000 you took from my community this fall could have helped to pay for my sons therapy this year.

If you are in contact with amanda peet and have a child with Autism invite her over to experience our lives first hand and but out of our childrens and the future of others children.

If you are in the pharmaceutical industry it is time to pray...

People it is just time to deal with Autism....

"Revolutionary" News From Medicine: 1 in 200 People Carry Mitochondrial Disease Mutation

We will have our day in court. We will have our day come in heaven. So will those that have deserted our children. Say a prayer for all!
    HuffPost's Pick
    David,

Thanks. This is H-U-G-E (good) news. Not just for autism - I wonder why they focused on this so much ? when in reality - mitochondrial damage has been associated with cancers, Alzheimer's, Parkinsons, many neuro illnesses, CFS/ME on and on and on.

There have been doctors screaming this for years. There is a lot of politics in science. Finally, we can move forward. Although, it'll take years if not decades to figure it all out. The next generations should love this one. Medicine will move forward with this latest. This is a huge step forward. Wow.
