Ben & Jerry's Asked To Use Breast Milk By PETA

Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream is known for coming up with some zany flavors but PETA has a request that is far and away the most out of the box. The People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals has asked the Vermont ice cream makers to come out with a product that uses breast milk instead of cows milk. “The fact that human adults consume huge quantities of dairy products made from milk that was meant for a baby cow just doesn’t make sense,” says PETA Executive Vice President Tracy Reiman. “Everyone knows that ‘the breast is best,’ so Ben and Jerry’s could do consumers and cows a big favor by making the switch to breast milk.”
