Scorpion Venom Might Be Able To Cure Cancer

While radioactive scorpion venom sounds like one of the deadliest poisons known to man, it turns out that it might actually be a treatment for malignant brain cancer. When a non-toxic extract is taken from the venom it goes directly to the brain and locks onto malignant cells. All scientists have to do is irradiate it and it can then target the cancer cells and kill them. “It’s as if the tumors collect it,” said Michael Egan of the company TransMolecular in if it meant maybe being able to target and kill brain tumors?
