Miley Cyrus Gets A Prius, Drops The Porsche SUV

We were pretty disappointed when Miley Cyrus’ first car turned out not be the Smart Car we had seen sporting her name — but instead was her Mom’s ‘used’ Porsche Cayenne SUV. After the Go Green! video she produced with her friend , the eco-themed song off her latest album, and the discussion with her dad on hybrids and pollution, we thought for sure that some fuel-efficient vehicle was in her future.

Miley recently announced on her website that she ditched the Porsche in favor of a new black Prius. “I didn’t like it ’cause it was bad for the environment, and it was too big,” she says in a new video. “My dad surprised me last night with a black Prius.” She says she prefers it over the SUV because it’s “good for the environment, and it’s adorable!”
Apparently not adorable enough. Miley’s first accessory for her new car? “I’m gonna get Hello Kitty floor mats!” Oh man, kill me with teen-cuteness.
