October's YouTube Video Volunteers Contest With Ben Stein

Every month, the YouTube Video Volunteers Channel highlights a different cause and hosts a contest to win the opportunity to get your video about your favorite nonprofit featured on the YouTube homepage.
October’s theme is animal welfare and the guest judge for this month’s contest is Ben Stein. Who knew he loves animals so much?
Throughout the month, folks have selected animal rights organizations on All the Good, aka the Craigslist of community service, to make videos for. And uploaded their creations! Ben picked the top ten videos – and you get to vote on the three winners!
Voting goes down October 24, so don’t forget to cast your vote! The top three videos will all make it to the YouTube hompage.
Ben also made his own video for his favorite organization, the Humane Society, to talk about the horrors of puppy mills.
We’ll keep you updated as soon as we know November’s theme so you can get started on your video! You never know, you just might be on the front page of YouTube next month!
