'The Cove' Director Responds To Japanese Censorship
Director Louis Psihoyos brought international attention to the horrors of dolphin slaughter in Taiji, Japan with his documentary The Cove. Although the film was set to be screened in theaters across Japan, theaters are quickly canceling the scheduled screenings in response to growing pressure.
Psihoyos responds to news of the cancellations, urging Japanese viewers to seek out the film despite censorship.
