The Art of Elysium is very excited to announce that after many successful years of programming in the Greater Los Angeles area we are finally opening our doors in New York City! Thanks to our many volunteers, artists and supporters, we are excited to give the gift of creativity to children and families on a national level on both the west and east coasts.
As many of you already know, The Art of Elysium, is a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization that was founded in 1997, we encourage working actors, artists and musicians to voluntarily dedicate their time and talent to children who are battling serious medical conditions. We provide artistic workshops in the following disciplines: acting, art, comedy, fashion, music, radio, songwriting and creative writing.
The Art of Elysium is looking for actors, writers, musicians, designers, photographers, dancers, comedians, make-up artists, stylists and more to join us as we provide opportunities for hospitalized children to learn the gift of “art and creativity”.
To learn more about The Art of Elysium and have the opportunity to get involved as a volunteer or artist, and learn about our New York programming, we would like to invite you to one of our upcoming Volunteer Orientations. A Volunteer Orientation is a great way to learn more about the organization, opportunities for involvement as well it provides important information that you need to know regarding working with children and families in the hospital setting.
