The Art of Elysium had the exciting opportunity to bring teen patients and families from We Can (a parent-initiated pediatric brain tumor network that serves greater Los Angeles, Bakersfield, Sacramento and the San Francisco Bay area) to experience "The Wizard of Oz" by KIDS IN ACT-ION and their "Cirque Style" approach to the traditional children's story.
A special thank you to creator Nathalie Yves Gaulthier, who invited The Art of Elysium to this performance of her newest kids' production with her KIDS IN ACT-ION program. KIDS IN ACT-ION is an empowerment program, which trains youth in performing arts ranging from Circus Arts to Musical Theatre and Acting. The Art of Elysium was thrilled to be a part of such a wonderful show as well to work with an organization whose goal is to inspire children and promote positive self-esteem.
