The NBA helps to Rebuild Phoenix
Causecast featured organization Rebuilding Together works to rebuild and repair homes in low-income areas, preserving affordable homeownership and revitalizing communities. On the eve of the 2009 NBA All-Star Game, players like LeBron James, Joe Johnson, and Rashard Lewis joined with Rebuilding Together to repair homes of deserving residents in Phoenix. For the NBA All-Star Day of Service, players like Steve Nash, LeBron James, Deron Williams, Jason Kidd, and Dirk Norwisky joined with Rebuilding Together to rebuild homes in the lower 9th ward of New Orleans.
